His radiance is like the sunlight; He has rays flashing from His hand, and there is the hiding of His power.
Despite some rain, we have had another incredible week at the Lighthouse Holiday week. We have had many, many testimonies of God at work through all that has been done. From immediate answers to prayers, children being open to the Gospel, opportunities to speak to many parents, glimpses into God’s amazing work planting the seeds of the Gospel into hearts and lives many years ago that now are growing and in blossom. God has been at work in so many ways and all of us involved have seen God work outside of our limited understanding of His ways. We realise how great are His plans and what a gift God has given to the town in Lighthouse that draws His people to together from different churches to be witnesses of His love and power. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered, prayed and given, it’s great to be part of a church willing to step out to take the Gospel outside of our four walls.
Today we welcome the family of Catalin and AnnaMaria Lacatusu for the dedication of their son Dominic. We are delighted to share in this celebration and blessing of new life. Please pray for this family that they will have a special blessing of God’s presence with them today.
Our morning services through August will all be all age, as our children’s and young people’s leaders take time for holidays. We will be following the story of Jonah through this time with today’s message being Running from God’s call.
