When life is hard and feels like its wearing you down and God seems a million miles away, the words of Psalm 42 encourage us to seek after God for refreshment, like a deer pants for the water so we desire the prescence of God that refreshes our Soul, restores Hope and gives us something to praise God for. Come to the living water Jesus Christ and be refreshed.
